These Terms govern participation in the Leading Edge Affiliates Network (“Leading Edge Affiliates,” “Network,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or accessing the Network, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms.

1. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

1.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration, identity, business, and payment information, and to update these details as needed.

1.2 Access Review

Network access may be granted, limited, or reviewed when required for operational, compliance, or advertiser reasons. Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

1.3 Verification Documents

When necessary for compliance or advertiser validation, you agree to provide reasonable verification documents such as ID, proof of address, company registration records, or ownership information.

2. USE OF NETWORK MATERIALS

2.1 License

Tracking links, creatives, and promotional materials (“Materials”) are provided solely for use in approved campaigns.

2.2 Restrictions

• - Alter or manipulate tracking links
• - Misrepresent any offer or operator
• - Use trademarks or branding without written approval

2.3 Ownership

All Materials remain the property of Leading Edge Affiliates or the Advertiser.

3. PROMOTIONAL STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE

3.1 Legal & Platform Compliance

You must comply with all applicable gambling advertising laws, responsible gaming standards, platform policies (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), and global data protection laws (GDPR, POPIA, UK GDPR, ePrivacy).

3.2 GEO Restrictions

You may promote Offers only in the GEOs expressly permitted for each campaign.

3.3 Prohibited Traffic

• - Fraudulent or artificial traffic
• - Bots, scripts, device emulation, cloaking, masking, or spoofing
• - Forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects
• - Misleading or deceptive ads
• - AI-generated spam or misleading content

3.4 Accuracy of Information

All claims about bonuses, RTP, odds, winnings, or operator details must be accurate and not misleading.

3.5 Advertiser Validation

Advertisers hold final authority to approve or reject traffic and conversions.

4. SUB-AFFILIATES

4.1 Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the actions and compliance of any sub-affiliates you work with.

4.2 Disclosure

Leading Edge Affiliates may request sub-affiliate details and traffic source information.

4.3 Removal

If a sub-affiliate presents compliance, reputational, or traffic quality concerns, Leading Edge Affiliates may request their immediate removal.

5. DATA PROTECTION & TRACKING

5.1 Data Compliance

You must comply with all applicable data protection laws and ensure lawful handling of any user data.

5.2 Prohibited Data Activities

• - Scraping personal data
• - Harvesting or storing data unlawfully
• - Sharing data without required consent

5.3 Tracking Authority

Everflow tracking, logs, and internal reporting serve as the final reference for determining Qualified Actions and commissions.

6. REPORTING & PAYMENTS

6.1 Monthly Review

Activity is reviewed by the 5th business day of each month. Advertiser validation may require additional time.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payments are issued on a Net 20 basis following advertiser approval and internal verification.

6.3 Payment Holds

• - Advertiser disputes traffic
• - A compliance or quality review is underway
• - Suspicious, invalid, or duplicate activity is detected
• - Verification documents are outstanding

Any holds will be communicated where reasonably possible.

6.4 Adjustments

Commissions may be adjusted if advertisers later reject traffic or apply negative corrections.

6.5 Dispute Period

Billing or reporting disputes must be submitted within 30 days of invoice issuance.

7. OFFER TERMS

7.1 Priority

Advertiser-specific rules, including GEOs, KPIs, caps, and payout structures, override general Terms.

7.2 Offer Changes

Offers may be paused or changed by Leading Edge Affiliates or Advertisers as required.

8. AUDIT & VERIFICATION

Leading Edge Affiliates may request reasonable evidence of promotional activity, such as:

• - Traffic logs
• - Screenshots or URLs of placements
• - Creatives used
• - Targeting information
• - Sub-affiliate details

Failure to provide requested information may result in temporary payment holds.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All advertiser information, payouts, performance data, and internal communications are confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.

10. TERMINATION

10.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate participation with 24 hours’ written notice.

10.2 Immediate Suspension

• - Clear non-compliance occurs
• - Fraudulent or invalid activity is reasonably suspected
• - Advertiser or regulatory requirements mandate urgent action

Suspensions will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

10.3 Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination, you must immediately stop promoting Offers and remove all Materials.

11. DISCLAIMERS

The Network and tracking systems are provided “as is.” Leading Edge Affiliates does not guarantee:

• - Uninterrupted access
• - Error-free tracking
• - Continuous availability of Offers
• - Earnings or performance outcomes

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

12.1 Limitation

Leading Edge Affiliates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12.2 Force Majeure

Leading Edge Affiliates is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, tracking errors, data corruption, third-party failures, or regulatory changes.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Leading Edge Affiliates and its Advertisers against losses arising from:

• - Non-compliant advertising
• - Fraudulent or invalid activity
• - Misuse of Materials
• - Sub-affiliate misconduct

14. ASSIGNMENT

Accounts and rights under these Terms may not be transferred or assigned without written consent.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

Leading Edge Affiliates may update these Terms with at least 7 days’ notice. Continued use of the Network after notice constitutes acceptance.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, with exclusive jurisdiction in South African courts.

By completing signup and accessing the Network, you confirm that you:
